Problem with a repair?

Here at iFix, we use only the best parts and our staff go through intensive training to eradicate as many issues as is humanly possible and we offer our full warranty for complete piece of mind.

We would like to apologise that you have had a problem during your warranty term with one of our repairs, lets get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

– Your phone was repaired for a certain fault and now the fault has returned
Even though we source the very best parts that are available in very obscure cases we do experience a very small failure rate on parts that we fit. Please note however that the warranty does not cover any accidental or intentional damage to the part fitted by us.

This service means you can return the phone to us within the warranty period and once the fault has been confirmed by one of our technicians we will get the faulty part replaced for you free of charge.

– A repair was completed and now an unrelated problem is occurring with my phone.

All of our phones go through an intensive 20 point check in and check out testing process so any problems are usually caught by one of our technicians.

All issues must be communicated to the store where the repair was completed within 24 Hours either by phone or email or unfortunately we cannot be held responsible and any other problems will be treated as a new issue..
